  Dr.Dbouk was kind and attentive, but I spent 3 hours in that office for 10 minutes with the doctor. They never gave me back my lab work copies I brought in to my appointment, even after asking they be returned once they made a copy. It's been a week since I had an ultrasound, but still haven't heard anything after being told I would have my results within 48 hours. I called them and left 2 voice-mails (which should have been returned by the end of the next business day), as well as calling scheduling on purpose just to get ahold of an actual person. The doctors may be great, but the rest of the office staff (who, of course, are the ones mainly in charge of dealing with and caring for the patients) are so unhelpful and uncaring that it's more trouble than its worth. Little to no professional courtesy. If you have a problem where time is of the essence, don't bother.
