  They mixed my sample up with another clients on my first test. The lab tech told me to just come sign off on something so she could still send the sample off because she "fixed" it. After going through trouble to take the test over again I was informed by the employment facility of whom I was taking the test for that the test results were still "pending" after two weeks. When I called to inquire the tech seemed to have "lost" my specimen, informing me the "specimen was not found". Someone called me back a few minutes later to tell me the specimen had been sent off and referring me to a third party company to inquire. The lab tech initially told me the test results are sent over immediately and should take only a few minutes before they are processed. As well, by the way I was taking the test for an employment offer with the USPS, a federal job, imagine how ridiculous this looked to them and how it made me look as an individual. I am currently seeking legal representation. P.S. They get no stars from me I only posted one star because otherwise google wouldn't let me post this vital information

  Door says they open at 730, not employees show up at 732 and start checking people in at 739. I went for DOT drug and medical card. Got called back fairly quick, but took almost 30 minutes for them to do paperwork alone. They also wanted 2x the amount of urine as other Concentras. I just had an eye exam for social security, 20/20 vision a month ago. Suddenly today, my total vision is 20/30. 2 weeks ago. Had my yearly exam at the VA hospital. Blood pressure and everything was good 131/81. Today suddenly their machine showed 159/96. I made him do it by hand without the machine, 136/81. Then to top it off, even though my doctors told me to stop using my CPAP machine because I no longer have sleep apnea based off my machine readings (I've lost 70 pounds). These guys are following the old FMCSA ruling. But they don't give you the standard 90 days to comply. They will only give you a 45 day certificate here until you do a sleep study, even though your doctor will not give one because the results on the machine are accurate. Also just found out the company I'm going to does not use Concentras anymore unless they have to. I don't have a local Patient First, but am going to one now. This is ridiculous, hope the other companies stop using them as well and run them out of business. It seems if you go to any Concentra as a trucker, you leave needing a sleep study and blood pressure pills
