  It is such a shame that a wonderful doctor such as Dr. Chen has such a crappy office staff. They are the most unorganized group of people I've ever had to deal with. The first time my husband had bladder cancer, we played phone tag for a little over a month trying to find out if lab results were in. This second go around, he shows up at his appointed time only to be told that his appointment had been rescheduled. It would have been nice to have known that before he took a day off of work for the appointment. Not to mention the fact that when you are waiting on test results that let you know whether you have cancer or not, you don't want to be jerked around anymore than you have to. Although we love Dr. Chen, we are seriously considering going elsewhere unless the office staff receives proper training and gets it together.
