  I have know Todd Shambo and the Staff since I was 16(probably longer then that but that's when I started driving) and my parents had use Todd Shambo and State farm for ever it seems like! My experience with Todd and his Staff is amazing. they treat me like Family and when I do come to the office I feel very welcomed! Brandi Peters is the agent I work with and she has the answers and help for me on anything. If you are thinking of making a change on insurance, banking, or whatever you need done I really recommend Todd Shambo State Farm and his Staff.

  They are very rude, racist and arrogant. Their customer service is sub par(to say the least). On many occasions I have called and not once have they treated me with courtesy and respect. Meanwhile I've seen how they speak with "others". The last straw was areas hanging up on me for asking a simple question regarding the phone number to the corporate office. How you can hang up on a customer and still keep your job baffles me and says a lot who they really are. After being a customer of State Farm for many years, I will not be patronizing them anymore. Do not use them! Take your money where it's appreciated and not tolerated. Go where you are wanted.
